a wonderful illustration, we could all do with one of those! :)
hahaha, very good idea, Caroline!! haha!and cute delicate drawing! (i also wish to have a tree like that! sure I'll look after him! :-)
I want that tree,too!! :)))
Wonderful! This reminds me of a story my Nana likes to tell. My Aunty (a toddler at the time) planted Nana's pennies in the garden in hopes a money tree would grow. I remember my Nana still digging up pennies in the garden when I was little. Nana gave them to us to take home for good luck :)
Nice illustration. My children really wish this was true.
Delightful! Oh, wouldn't that be grand. Then maybe people wouldn't be so quick to chop down trees. She's going to need a bigger pocket. :)
Very nice! Of course, if there were money trees we would probably be working for walnuts or apples :).
There's a money plant though. But its leaves are no good. Nice drawing!
LOLOL..yes, it would be great. Love this cute little illustration....and the kitty! :) xoox LIsa
Great illustration Caroline! And what a terrific concept. We can all relate...especially now with the drooping economy. Nice work!
But you've made the impossibility come true! Love it!
So very clever and imaginative!! I wish money grew on trees, too!!

My dream tree of all trees Caroline. They say if you wish for something hard enough you get it. I wonder if that applies to this tree...ha ha. You have produced a beautiful drawing to go with the theme. So bright and delicate. Makes me want to get my "thousands of" coloured pencils out again.
Well, now where I'm from we do that. We'll make a money tree as a gift. I sure could use one about now!
Beautiful piece-- perfect for the topic.
