This reminds me of a story my Nana likes to tell. My Aunty (a toddler at the time) planted Nana's pennies in the garden in hopes a money tree would grow. I remember my Nana still digging up pennies in the garden when I was little. Nana gave them to us to take home for good luck :)
My dream tree of all trees Caroline. They say if you wish for something hard enough you get it. I wonder if that applies to this tree...ha ha. You have produced a beautiful drawing to go with the theme. So bright and delicate. Makes me want to get my "thousands of" coloured pencils out again.
